How much is shipping?
All orders over $75 will receive FREE SHIPPING.
Standard Shipping rates are determined at checkout and are based upon delivery address and total order weight. Currently, we do not ship outside of the US & Canada.
Please make sure your address is correct when submitting your order. Returned items or packages marked as undeliverable will incur reshipment charges.
How do I check the status of my order?
A tracking number will be provided to you once the order has been processed for shipping.
If additional information is needed, an email inquiry can be sent to firstname.lastname@example.org. Please include your name, order number and mailing address in the email.
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping orders take 5-14 business days to be processed before being shipped.
All orders will be shipped USPS First-Class mail unless otherwise specified. We are NOT responsible if USPS fails to meet their guaranteed shipping times. If the item is not delivered in time, please contact USPS first (1-800-ASK-USPS).
Shipments occur only on weekdays. Orders placed after 4PM EST on Friday through the weekend will be processed Monday.

Can my order be expedited?
Upgrades for expedited shipping is available. However, it does not shorten the production time, it just speeds up time in transit.
Expedited shipping is NOT available to post office boxes—all standard deliveries to P.O. Boxes will be shipped via parcel post.
Do you ship internationally?
Shipping is only available within the USA and Canada. I hope to expand to other countries soon!
How do I return an item?
Due to the nature of each customized item, returns or exchanges are not accepted.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 3 business days if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. The item needs to be returned unworn and in the original condition it was received. Requests made after the allotted timeframe will not be accepted.
The return shipping fee is the responsibility of the customer; shipping labels are not provided. It is highly recommended to ship using a service that offers a tracking number. You will be notified via email once we’ve received and inspected your returned item. If approved, you’ll receive a new item in the mail within 3-5 business days.
Do you offer gift cards?
Yes, we offer gift cards!!
Shop our gift cards here. The purchaser will receive an email with the E-Gift card code to forward to the intended recipient.
E-gift cards purchases are non-refundable and do not expire.
Promotion codes cannot be applied toward the purchase of gift cards, sales tax, or shipping costs.
Do you make custom orders?
Currently, we do not make custom orders. Each item you see on the website is personally made with love and sold as is.
